We have used Lake Norman Sewer & Septic for several years. Spencer serviced our system this visit and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He provided ways we could improve our system's functionality.

We used LKN Sewer & Septic for septic system pump out. Spencer was the technician and I must say that I was totally impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the job at hand. He did a superb job, explained everything, cleaned up and seeded and was very personable as well. He provided a number of positive tips which I found extremely helpful. When the need arises again , I wouldn't hesitate to request his services specifically.

Spencer responded to our concern over our septic system bring full. We bought the home 4 years ago and since our purchase hadn't had any issues with the system . Spencer informed us of leaky toilets and other issues that we had which led to our current problem. We'll, after our system was serviced, Spencer gave us points on how to prevent a reoccurrence of our problem. Lake norman Septic and their employee Spencer were a joy to deal with and we're very professional. I would recommend this company for any septic concern.

Two times over the past year I had to call them service our septic. Both times Aaron and Gavin were sent out and let me tell you they both went above and beyond to get us back and running! I have used other companies before but by far Lake Norman sewer and septic is the best in the area.

Unbelievable customer service. It seems impossible nowadays to get as little as a response from any trade or service company. Being in the service industry myself, I know the frustrations first hand. That was absolutely not the case with Lake Norman Sewer and septic! I can't say enough how refreshing it was when Spencer and Jamie arrived to clean out our tank. The grinder pump on our sewer line starting alarming around 5pm. Lake Norman Sewer and Septic came out the next day, cleared an item stuck to the pump impeller, and fixed the problem quickly. Service was top notch and the price was reasonable. Thanks for a great job!

Pump out septic tank. We are new to area and never had a septic system. Technicians explained how the septic system worked. Very knowledgeable. Showed me how to clean the filter system. Very nice and polite,. Fast service. Called when on their way. Very fair price. Most definitely will use again and highly recommend.

Spencer and Aaron serviced our septic system and they were awesome. They did a great job of explaining what was being done and provided feedback on how our system was running. They were professional and knowledgeable.
We then had Gavin and Colby come by that same day to install risers and they were the dynamic duo! They were very informative as well and made every effort to ensure my satisfaction while doing an excellent job.
